So I'm back to trying to find a way to get the house (RMLS 9065290). Just need downpayment, the rest we can do. Any ideas? The place is still for sale, it's teasing us! We'd even pay someone $20k over purchase price if they could buy it and just have us rent to own >.> I even have other ideas!

Get a loan from someone for the downpayment and repairs, and when the market gets back up for housing (which it already is starting) then we pay it back in full when we sell our condo, along with some interest as a thanks! Either way, it's a great investment, and will pay off pretty fast!

The house has been up, and seems to be waiting for us, and I feel Kim and I would be the best for it, we could make it the best looking house in the neighborhood!

I'm at the stage where i would pretty much do anything to get this house as long as it didn't involve illegal activities, aside from giving a kidney

The only thing keeping us from it is a downpayment, that's all! We can afford the payments fine, it's just so damn annoying! Help is so needed for us right now >.<
